Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in promotional, field, and video marketing activities as required.
  • Maintain a professional, positive, and consistent brand image.
  • Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and service coordination professionally.
  • Provide timely assistance to clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Present the company profile and unique selling points both physically and online.
  • Maintain accurate client records, interaction history, and follow-up details.
  • Update and manage client information using CRM systems.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal departments.
  • Resolve customer concerns politely and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain high service standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate strong product and service knowledge to guide clients effectively.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Follow company SOPs and maintain professional conduct at all times.
  • Contribute ideas for service improvement and customer retention.

  • Maintain a presentable personality with a professional appearance at all times.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with clients using strong verbal and speaking skills.
  • Deliver excellent written communication and customer service support.
  • Demonstrate a friendly, confident, and professional attitude in all client interactions.
  • Handle multiple client inquiries efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Apply strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to resolve client issues.
  • Utilize basic computer knowledge and CRM systems for daily operations.
  • Perform accurate data entry and work efficiently with MS Excel, MS Word, and Windows.
  • Respond promptly to customer queries via Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, email, and phone calls.
  • Build, manage, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ensure professional customer handling and high service standards.
  • Bring 3–5 years of experience in customer support, sales coordination, or client relationship roles.
  • Apply prior experience in Banking, Brokerage Services, or Life Insurance to client dealings.
