1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by Gulf Star Services. By accessing our services, communicating with our team, visiting our office, or making any payment, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. without exception.

2. Nature of Services

Gulf Star Services provides visit visa consultancy services only.

• Our services include:
  • Visit visa application guidance
  • Documentation support
  • Application form preparation assistance
  • Submission guidance and advisory support
• We do not provide any immigration, residency, citizenship, asylum services or Work Visa, Work Permit.
• The Company does not prepare, create, fabricate, or issue any documents on behalf of clients. All documents must be provided by the client in original and genuine form.
• We do not act as an embassy, consulate, or government authority.
• All services are strictly advisory and assistance-based.

3. Definitions

• Company: Gulf Star Services.
• Client: Any individual or entity using our visit visa consultancy services.
• Services: All advisory, documentation, guidance, and application support services provided by the Company.
• Authorities: Embassies, consulates, visa offices, immigration departments, or any government body responsible for visa processing and decisions.

4. No Guarantee Policy

• Gulf Star Services does not guarantee visa approval under any circumstances.
• Visa approval, rejection, delays, requests for additional documents, or any other decision are solely at the discretion of the relevant authorities.
• Any success rates, case outcomes, or timelines shared are purely informational and not binding commitments.
• The Client understands that visa approval depends on personal profile, documentation, and authority evaluation.

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times
• Submit valid and genuine documents only
• Respond promptly to document or information requests
• Follow all instructions provided by the Company
• • Accept responsibility for any incorrect or incomplete submissions

The Company shall not be liable for delays or rejection caused by incorrect client-provided information.

6. Fees, Payments & Official Account Protection (IMPORTANT)

• All service charges must be paid as mutually agreed before or during processing.
• Government fees, embassy fees, biometric charges, medical fees, and third-party charges are NOT included unless clearly stated.
• These external charges are payable directly by the Client.

Strict Payment Policy

• All service charges are strictly non-refundable once work has commenced.

Official Payment Security Warning

Clients are strictly advised that Gulf Star Services only accepts payments through its official bank accounts.

• The Company will NEVER request payment into personal accounts of staff or agents.
• Clients must verify and confirm that the payment details belong to official Gulf Star Services accounts only before transferring any funds.
• The Company shall not be responsible for any payment made to unauthorized persons, fraudulent accounts, or third-party intermediaries not officially approved by Gulf Star Services.
• Any payment made outside official channels will be at the Client’s own risk.
• The Company only accepts payments made directly by the client from their own verified payment source (bank account, card, or personal payment method).
• The Company does NOT accept third-party payments made by agents, relatives, friends, sponsors, or any other individuals on behalf of the client.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Once processing begins, service charges are strictly non-refundable.

No refund will be issued in cases of:

• Visa refusal or rejection
• Delay in processing by authorities
• Client withdrawal at any stage
• Change of mind after payment
• Failure to provide required documents

8. Confidentiality & Data Protection

• All personal and document data is treated as strictly confidential.
• Data is used only for visa processing purposes.
• Information is shared only with relevant authorities when required for application submission.
• The Company ensures reasonable security measures to protect client data.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be responsible for:

• Visa rejection or delay
• Decisions made by embassies or authorities
• Travel losses or financial losses
• Any indirect or consequential damages

Our responsibility is strictly limited to providing consultancy and application support services only.

10. Fraud, Misrepresentation & Legal Action

• Submission of fake, forged, or misleading documents will result in immediate termination without refund.
• The Company reserves the right to take legal action against fraudulent activity.
• The Client will be fully responsible for any legal consequences arising from false information.

11. Service Termination

• The Company may terminate services at any time if Terms are violated.
• The Client may request termination; however, no refunds will be issued once processing has started.
• Termination does not remove financial obligations already incurred.

12. Changes to Terms

• The Company reserves the right to update or modify Terms at any time without prior notice.
• Continued use of services implies acceptance of updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes shall be subject to Pakistani courts.
