REFUND POLICY
1. GENERAL POLICY STATEMENT
Gulf Star Services maintains a strict NO REFUND POLICY for all visa consultancy services.
2. NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
Refunds will NOT be provided under any circumstances including:
- Visa refusal or rejection
- Visa processing delays by authorities
- Client withdrawal at any stage
- Change of mind after payment
- Failure to provide required documents
- Incorrect or incomplete client information
3. SERVICE COMMENCEMENT RULE
- Once any documentation review, consultation, or application process begins, all fees become non-refundable.
4. GOVERNMENT CHARGES
- Embassy fees, biometric fees, and other official charges are always non-refundable.
- These are paid directly by the Client and are outside Company control.
5. FRAUD & MISUSE
- Any fraud, misrepresentation, or forged documents will result in immediate termination without refund.
- Legal action may be taken if required .
6. Payment Safety & Fraud Protection Notice
Clients must ensure that all payments are made only to official Gulf Star Services accounts.
- The Company will NEVER request payments into personal accounts or unofficial channels. .
- Clients must verify account authenticity before transferring any funds.
- Gulf Star Services is not responsible for payments made to unauthorized persons or fraudulent accounts.
- The Company only accepts payments made directly by the client from their own verified payment source (bank account, card, or personal payment method).
- The Company does NOT accept third-party payments made by agents, relatives, friends, sponsors, or any other individuals on behalf of the client.
7. Company Rights
- The Company reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests in exceptional cases at its sole discretion.
8. Policy Updates
- This Refund Policy may be updated without prior notice.
