Gulf Star Services does not issue visas, passports, residence permits, citizenship documents, immigration approvals or other government-issued documents.

Our role is limited to providing private assistance, guidance and administrative support within the scope of the service purchased by the Client.

2. Visa & Government Decisions

Visa approvals, refusals, processing times, interviews, requests for additional documents and immigration or entry decisions are determined solely by the relevant embassy, consulate, immigration authority, government department or border authority.

Gulf Star Services cannot influence or guarantee any such decision.

3. Visa Assistance Services

Depending on the service requested, Gulf Star Services may provide general information, eligibility-related guidance, document review, application preparation assistance, administrative support and other related visa assistance.

Such assistance does not constitute a promise or guarantee of visa approval.

4. Flight Tickets & Airlines

Gulf Star Services may assist with airline reservations and ticketing but does not operate or control airlines.

Flight schedules, cancellations, delays, baggage rules, seat assignments, aircraft changes, denied boarding, rebooking and airline refunds are subject to the relevant airline's rules and operations.

5. Hotels & Accommodation

Hotels and accommodation providers are independent third-party suppliers unless expressly stated otherwise.

Room availability, facilities, check-in requirements, hotel policies, service standards, photographs, descriptions and property operations are ultimately controlled by the relevant accommodation provider.

6. Tour & Holiday Packages

Tour packages may include services supplied by independent airlines, hotels, tour operators, transportation companies, activity providers or other travel suppliers.

Package inclusions, availability and supplier conditions are subject to the relevant quotation, itinerary and booking confirmation.

7. Tours, Transfers & Transportation

Ground transportation, airport transfers, sightseeing tours and activities may be operated by independent third-party providers.

Gulf Star Services may arrange or coordinate such services but does not necessarily own, operate or directly control the relevant vehicles, tours or third-party operations.

8. Umrah & Religious Travel Packages

Where Gulf Star Services offers Umrah or other religious travel packages, individual components may be provided by airlines, hotels, transportation companies and other independent suppliers.

Visa requirements, travel rules and entry requirements remain subject to the relevant authorities and applicable regulations.

We aim to keep information on this website useful and reasonably accurate. However, visa requirements, travel regulations, airline fares, hotel availability, government fees, processing procedures and supplier conditions may change without notice.

Gulf Star Services may charge professional or service fees for visa assistance and travel-related services. These charges are separate from government, embassy, airline, hotel, tour operator or other third-party charges unless expressly included in a confirmed quotation or package.

Payment of a service fee does not guarantee visa approval, entry permission, flight operation, hotel availability or any other outcome controlled by an independent authority or supplier.

14. Prices, Availability & Processing Times

Prices, fares, hotel rates, package availability, exchange-rate-dependent amounts and estimated processing times may change.

A price displayed on the website or discussed during an inquiry should not be considered finally confirmed until the relevant service or booking is formally confirmed.

15. Travel Risks & Events Beyond Our Control

Gulf Star Services does not control weather, natural disasters, political events, border closures, government restrictions, strikes, airline disruptions, airport operations, public-health restrictions or other extraordinary events outside our reasonable control.

Such events may affect travel plans, bookings and availability.

16. Client Responsibility

Clients remain responsible for providing accurate information, reviewing booking details, maintaining valid travel documents and complying with applicable visa, immigration, airline, destination and transit requirements.

Passenger names and other critical booking details should be carefully checked before confirmation.
