NexaCRM Privacy Policy
NexaCRM is an internal customer management application developed by Gulf Star Services for its own operations. We use it to manage customer enquiries, service follow-ups and communications, including WhatsApp conversations where the integration is enabled.

Where a Gulf Star Services WhatsApp number is connected to NexaCRM, customer messages and supported replies from our team may be copied into the CRM. These records may include phone numbers, message content, timestamps and attachments you share. WhatsApp and Meta may process information to deliver messages through their services.
How We Use Information
We use customer records to respond to enquiries, assign requests to the appropriate team member, coordinate services and keep a record of relevant conversations and follow-ups.
Access and Service Providers
Customer records are intended for authorised team members who need them to do their work. Hosting, messaging and other service providers may process information as needed to support the systems we use. FormSubmit forwards privacy requests submitted on this page to our email inbox.
Retention and Security
How long we keep a record depends on its purpose, the service involved and applicable obligations. We take reasonable measures to protect customer information and may retain records needed for ongoing services, record-keeping or dispute handling.
