Account Security
Keep your login credentials private and use approved access methods. Report suspected misuse, lost devices or accidental disclosures to your administrator promptly.
Acceptable Use
Access records needed for your assigned work. Keep information accurate, use approved channels to share or export records, and follow Gulf Star Services’ confidentiality instructions.
WhatsApp and Other Integrations
Where enabled, connected messaging services may bring customer messages and supported team replies into NexaCRM. Use them for authorised communications and respect customers’ communication preferences. The relevant provider’s terms also apply.
Customer Information

Changes to Access and Terms
Gulf Star Services may update features, change permissions or suspend access for security, maintenance or operational reasons. The current terms will be available on this page.
